Influence Of Moon On Brahmacharya
How moon phases play a major role in handling our body and mind
CAUTION: Do not believe Anything without Testing.
Those Phases of the moon start from Ekadashi(11th day) after the new or full moon day to a Full or New moon where the moon has a Gravitational pull higher than any other day and plays a major role in our fasting as it helps us to fast with a lesser effort and more Energy is raised in an upward direction.
As the ocean tides also become bigger, the body is also 90 percent water. So, the fluid also rises in our body if there is gas or any other mental issues they also become more exaggerated.
So, in our ancient Indian system. There is always a culture of doing fast on the 11th day to cleanse the body properly. When the energies rise we can focus better and concentrate on our goals. Also, this can prepare our body for the coming 4 days(till the new or full moon) when gravitational pull is greater.
It is also said that 3 days in the 48-day cycle of our body when it does not need any food. If we have some awareness we can quickly identify but we can also practice these 3 days of Ekadashi fasting in a 48-day Cycle as 1 Ekadashi comes in 15 days so in a month 2 Ekadashis. As the moon also takes 29.5 days to complete its all phases around the earth.
In Indian tradition,
The 11th day after the new or Full moon is called “Ekadashi”.
The Full moon is called “Purnima”.
The New moon is called “Aamavsya”.
The greatest or more intense gravitational pull is on new moon day when the moon is directly between the earth and the sun. So, the gravitational pull of the moon and the sun combine with each other pull to create a more intense effect.
The second Intense pull of the moon is on a Full moon day when the earth falls between the moon and the sun. As in this, the gravitational pull gets divided as the moon and sun are on opposite sides.
So, it is said the new moon is good for Males or someone looking for liberation. As it is more intense and the absence of light creates an environment for our brain to explore more. Also, we can use it to enhance our inner self because when something is not there it creates more of its presence in our hearts.
