What, How and Why Ojas
Ojas means ‘Strength'. Ojas is a non- Physical Energy that is transformed from Physical energy taken from the body like sperm cells, eating food(High fat), etc.
When Ojas is created it cannot be destroyed as it is non-physical. It can be said it is Your Superpower.
For Example-
It’s interesting that in a cartoon-like Dragon Ball Z whenever Goku would use his energies to create a blast like his kamehameha wave or spirit bomb, he would eat afterward and eat a whole 10 courses worth of food. They never called it Ojas, but this idea was there that heightened use of energy needed a large food consumption. It never made him fat though, its like its converted to pure energy.
The More Ojas a Man has more Powerful Intellectual and Spiritual he becomes.
The Ojas flow from Lower to the Higher body in the Lower part below the spinal cord sexual energies lies which are very powerful and make their way through the spinal cord to the Brain.
Chastity in Thought, word, and deed is the most important thing to break the sexual energy into Ojas.
